Health and Safety

We take health and safety very seriously.

All appliances and equipment that are governed by regulations are checked by experts annually.

In this section you can view current certificatation for the following :

• Private Water Supply
• Gas appliances and supply
• Chimneys

The cookers are the only appliances that run on gas but all equipment and the supply must be inspected annually.

The gas engineer then provides landlords safety certification.

A Fire Risk Assessment is caried out and reviewed annually.

All water is filtered and then treated by ultra-violet light so is safe to drink.

The supply is checked annually by the local environmental health department and is only approved if it reaches their strict standards.

All cottages have a working Fire Extinguisher.
