Short Breaks

In low season you can book any combination of days, weekends, mid-weeks, or full weeks (not necessarily Saturday start).

The Buttery
We are happy to take short break bookings, (any start day) in this cottage.

The Bothy and Schoolhouse
In these cottages we prefer to take week only bookings (Saturday start) in between mid March and late November. We may also be able to let you stay in the cottage at a reduced rate by letting you rent it with only one bedroom so, if we are booked and we may still be able to recommend a suitable alternative at Woodend or nearby so please ask.

We may reduce prices further for late, (short notice), bookings so please ask?

Make a Provisional Booking

We are happy to accept an online provisional booking, provided we receive payment of a deposit of £100 within 5 working days, (or the full amount if your holiday is less than 8 weeks away).

Instructions for making an online Provisional Booking

1. Fill in the form opposite.
2. Click on "Submit"
3. We will acknowledge receipt of your booking, by email, and send you further details about payment.

Methods of payment for a deposit or the full amount

1. Online bank transfer/payment.
2. Card payment using the link we will send you.
3. Send a cheque with a covering letter or your holiday details on the reverse of the cheque.

We will reserve your accommodation for 5 working days on receipt of your online booking. If, however, we do not receive your deposit within this period, the provisional booking will be cancelled.

Deposit
Once we have received your deposit, a booking confirmation will normally be sent to you within 5 working days.

Balance
The balance of the payment is due eight weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday and we will also confirm receipt of this by email.
